Shen Mengyao, a member of snh48 team HII, was born in the fifth phase of snh48.

1998年8月14日出生于上海市，上海市市花1986年经上海市人大常委会审议通过。在上海的气候条件下，白玉兰开花特别早。清明节前，它就会繁花盛开。白玉兰洁白如玉，晶莹皎洁，开放时朵朵向上，溢满清香。

Born in Shanghai on August 14, 1998, Shanghai city flower was approved by the Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal People's Congress in 1986. Under the climate conditions of Shanghai, Magnolia blossoms very early. Before Qingming Festival, it will be in full bloom. Magnolia is as white as jade, crystal clear, blossoming upward when opening, full of fragrance.

2015年7月25日，沈梦瑶正式加入SNH48，并成为SNH48五期生；9月13日，加入SNH48 TEAM HII ；12月26日，参加SNH48第二届年度金曲大赏REQUEST TIME BEST30演唱会 。

On July 25, 2015, Shen Mengyao officially joined snh48 and became a student of snh48 phase 5; on September 13, she joined snh48 team HII; on December 26, she participated in the second snh48 annual Golden Melody Award request time best30 concert.

2016年7月30日，参加“比翼齐飞”SNH48第三届偶像年度人气总选举演唱会 ；11月5日，参加SNH48第二届年度风尚大赏。

2017年1月7日，参加SNH48第三届年度金曲大赏演唱会 ；7月29日，参加“我心翱翔”SNH48 GROUP第四届偶像年度人气总决选，获得第65名 ；11月8日，参与拍摄的第四届总决选奔跑组汇报MV《戎装信仰》正式发布 。

2018年7月29日，参加“砥砺前行”SNH48 GROUP第五届偶像年度人气总决选，获得第49名  ；11月11日，参与拍摄的第五届总决选奔跑组汇报MV《Twinkle Twinkle》正式发布 。

2019年6月23日，参与拍摄的湖南卫视娱乐综艺节目《天天向上》播出 ；7月27日，参加“新的旅程”SNH48 GROUP第六届偶像年度人气总决选，获得第16名 ；10月15日，参与拍摄的第六届总决选星光组汇报MV《时间的歌》正式发布 。

On June 23, 2019, Hunan Satellite TV entertainment variety show "day up" was broadcast; on July 27, he participated in the sixth annual idol popularity competition of "new journey" snh48 group and won the 16th place; on October 15, the star group report MV "song of time" was officially released.

2020年5月29日，与SNH48 GROUP十五位成员加盟腾讯视频音乐团体竞演节目《炙热的我们》 ；6月15日，参与拍摄的SNH48第七届总决选投票单《天晴了》MV发布 ；8月15日，参加“创造炙热的青春”SNH48 GROUP第七届偶像年度人气总决选，获得第4名 。

On May 29, 2020, 15 members of snh48 group joined Tencent Video Music Group to perform the program "hot us"; on June 15, the voting list "sunny" of the 7th snh48 general runoff was released; on August 15, the "creating hot youth" snh48 group's seventh idol annual popularity runoff was selected and won the fourth place.
