吉增·佩玛（Jetsun Pema，藏语习惯译作哲布尊·白玛），藏族，不丹国王吉格梅·凯萨尔·纳姆耶尔·旺楚克的王后。2011年10月13日两人完婚。

从小学、大学到结婚，吉增一直在廷布生活。她的父亲顿珠·坚赞（Dhondup Gyaltshen）是前扎西冈总督赤列·多杰（Thinley Tobgye）的外孙。是前不丹王后马攸木·彭措·却旦（Mayum Phuntsho Choden）和马攸木·白玛·德庆（Mayum Pema Dechan）（不丹二世国王的两位王后）同父异母的兄弟。顿珠毕业于Kanglung的Sherubtse学院，在巴林航空公司做商业飞行驾驶员已有22年。

Dunzhu, a graduate of sherubtse college in kanglung, has been a commercial pilot for Barings for 22 years.

Her mother, Sonam chuki, was born in the influential bumthang pangtey family, and was one of the goddaughters of namgyel Wangchuck, Prince of Bhutan. Therefore, she belonged to the family of relatives of the royal family of Bhutan.

Ji Zeng was the second of the five children in his family. Enlightenment education began at Little Dragon college, sunshine College (1995-1996) and changangkha junior high school (1997-1998) in Thimphu. After that, she completed her Monastic Education at St. Joseph's convent in garenburg, West Bengal, India (1999-2000).

On March 31, 2008, she began her college education at Regent college in London, UK, majoring in psychology of international relations and minor in art history.

Jizeng is fond of art, painting and basketball. During the period of school, he was the captain of the school basketball team and kept a strong interest in basketball. During school, she often participated in the school band and dance programs. She loves cover photography, modern art and Renaissance style. She likes to listen to traditional music in Bhutan. In addition to zongka, the national language of Bhutan, she also speaks fluent English and Hindi.
