林允（Jelly Lin），本名费霞，中国内地影视女演员。

Kelly Lin, whose real name is Fei Xia, is a film and television actress in mainland China.

1996年4月16日，林允出生于浙江湖州，从小开始练舞，还参加了游泳班，这两门兴趣课，林允一直坚持到初中。

Lin Yun was born in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province on April 16, 1996. He practiced dancing as a child and took part in swimming classes. Lin Yun persisted in these two interest courses until junior high school.

她初中就读于湖州市第十二中学，当时的名字还是费霞。因为从小跳舞，身材高挑，长得漂亮，林允是班里的文艺台柱子。每年元旦晚会，从编舞、排舞甚至买什么衣服、佩饰，都是她包干。后在山东菏泽音乐艺术专修学院北京分院，学习艺术专业，现已辍学 。
