人民网南通5月24日电(记者王继亮)近日,江苏南通市民房女士在查询个人征信时发现,其职业信息“工作单位”一栏中竟然出现了 “专业做鸡十年”字样。记者从中国人民银行南通中心支行了解到,经该行协调,涉嫌上传不当信息的晋商消费金融股份有限公司(下称“晋商消费金融”)已做了在线删除处理。然而,据房女士称,事发后她一直没有收到涉事公司针对此事的正当说法。

对于房女士要求晋商消费金融赔偿其相应的精神与名誉损失的诉求,人民银行南通中心支行表示,该诉求系民事纠纷,建议当事人通过诉讼渠道解决。北京盈科(南京)律师事务所律师谭小辉认为,个人姓名等身份信息、欠款金额、逾期时间可以上传征信系统,但征信机构不能“想怎么写就怎么写”,如果确如该个案中有辱人格或名誉的内容出现,当事人可就名誉权受到侵害等向法院提起诉讼。
