艺人专访刘美含甜而不腻的美

刘美含的气质里透出一股清甜，似玲珑皎月悄悄爬上梢头，微微一笑便引清风徐来。她有糖果一样的回甘，却甜而不腻，保持恰到好处的距离，自由舒适，烂漫惬意。

拍摄的前一天，刘美含就委托了团队小伙伴询问媒体拍摄团队的人数，要给大家点奶茶，细致的询问和提早准备，让即使经历过无数次拍摄的我们，内心也还是充满小小的惊讶和感动。拍摄现场，刘美含不断表现出鬼马的一面，时不时蹦出一些无厘头的话，让气氛变得十分轻松，她的团队小伙伴们，与其说是一起工作的同事，不如说是和刘美含共享快乐。于是在拍摄等待的间隙，又合力完成了好几组短视频的拍摄，笑果满分。

The day before the shooting, Liu meihan entrusted the team members to inquire about the number of people in the media shooting team. She wanted to give everyone some milk tea, and made detailed inquiries and early preparations, so that even though we have experienced countless times of shooting, our hearts are still full of small surprise and moving. At the scene of shooting, Liu meihan kept showing the side of ghosts and horses, and made some unreasonable remarks from time to time, which made the atmosphere very relaxed. Her team members, rather than working together, shared happiness with Liu meihan. So in the interval of waiting for shooting, and work together to complete several groups of short video shooting, laughing fruit full score.

看过刘美含在《奋斗吧！主播》里的表现，同样是头脑灵活、综艺有梗的气氛担当，更是因为在节目里重现了《巴啦啦小魔仙》的严莉莉经典动作，让现场嘉宾们都大呼爷青回了。而谈攻关秘籍，起从最初担心自己一轮游，到最后竟然坚持走完了总决赛，刘美含朗朗笑道：“可能是我有点低估自己的带货能力吧。”采访现场频频破梗，让在机器后面的摄影师都不禁感叹“好可爱”，和刘美含一起工作的时光，大概可以用“愉快的时光总是这么短暂”来形容。

回忆起这几年拍的作品，无论是《暗恋橘生淮南》里的卑微小哭包江百丽、《大宋少年志》中的云霓郡主，还是《北上广不相信眼泪》中的靓丽白富美梁伊等等，刘美含都通过角色诠释自己一路上的心情——不是孤单和路长，而是波澜壮阔的海和闪耀的星光。她回忆刚刚拍戏的那段日子，很感谢宁浩导演在《心花路放》里对她表演方式的肯定，这让她在以后的角色塑造里建立了坚不可摧的自信。

She recalled the days when she had just made the film. She was very grateful to director Ning Hao for his affirmation of her acting style in Xinhua Lu Fang, which helped her build indestructible confidence in her future role building.

刘美含的配合度又是极其高的，对于我们提出的想法都会配合满足。拍摄第一套服装时，为了达到更好的拍摄效果，我们想让她先赤脚拍几张，后面再穿上鞋子。结果她就这样赤脚踩在凉凉的地板上拍了第一套全程，当我们提出给她穿上鞋子时，她丝毫不介意地说“没事还是要达到你们想要的效果”。

Liu meihan's degree of cooperation is extremely high, and she will be satisfied with our ideas. When shooting the first set of clothes, in order to achieve better shooting effect, we want her to take a few pictures barefoot first, and then put on her shoes. As a result, she walked barefoot on the cool floor and photographed the first set of the whole process. When we proposed to put on her shoes, she didn't mind saying, "it's OK, we still want to achieve the effect you want.".

有的人就是可以把可爱、温柔、幽默、坚强做到统一，刘美含一定是其中一个。她不在乎外界杂乱无章的声音，拍好戏、演好角色才是最重要的事。拍完一部戏，她会回想围读剧本时的场景，还原最初所有剧组老师和她自己想要把角色塑造成的样子，再和播出之后观众的反馈做对比，有何出入、有何改进空间，如此，不断打磨、不断向前。

Some people can unify loveliness, gentleness, humor and firmness. Liu meihan must be one of them. She doesn't care about the disorderly voice of the outside world. The most important thing is to make a good play and play a good role. After shooting a play, she will recall the scene when she read the script, restore the original appearance of all the teachers and herself who wanted to shape the characters, and then compare it with the feedback of the audience after the broadcast, so as to find out the difference and room for improvement.

ELE：您最近有什么待播作品？给我们安利一下吧~

Ele: what are your latest works? Give us Amway~

刘美含：接下来的几部作品风格还挺不一样的。《突如其来的假期》这部戏讲述的是女性的情感成长；《人生若如初见》讲的是近代热血革命青年的奋斗史，而《镜双城》则是非常值得期待的鸿篇巨制奇幻古装剧。

ELE：您觉得自己独处时和与家人、朋友相处时的模式一样吗？

Ele: do you feel the same when you are alone as when you are with your family and friends?

刘美含：我自己一个人的时候还挺安静的。和家人相处就会把自己最真实、最没有保留和修饰的一面给家人，跟朋友相处时会比较活泼外放。

Liu meihan: I was quite quiet when I was alone. When you get along with your family, you will give your family the most authentic, unreserved and embellished side. When you get along with your friends, you will be more lively and open-minded.

ELE：我们杂志这一季度的主题是“生长”，您觉得在您的工作和生活中，向上“生长”的力量来自哪里呢？有没有某一瞬间或者阶段，让您真切地感受到自己的“生长”呢？

Ele: the theme of our magazine this quarter is "growth". Where do you think the power of upward "growth" comes from in your work and life? Is there a moment or a stage where you can really feel your "growth"?

刘美含：这一点我特别清晰，我觉得自己“生长”的阶段就是这几年，差不多是17、18年开始，性格和以前相比真的有挺大的差别，可能也是工作的需要吧！“生长”的最核心力量是家人，这几年经历了非常多的事情，越来越感觉到是为了家人在努力打拼，和再小一点时候那种什么都想自己的感觉是不一样的。

Liu meihan: I'm very clear about this. I think my "growth" stage is in recent years. It's almost 17 or 18 years ago. My character is really quite different from before. Maybe it's also the need of work“ The core strength of "growth" is family. In recent years, I have experienced a lot of things. I feel more and more that I am working hard for my family, which is different from the feeling of thinking about myself when I was younger.
