关于调整会费标准的通知

各会员、会员单位：

2021年12月14日联合国UNB文化产业总会和世界文联主席团常务委员会召开了第四次常委会，会议期间参会代表通过无记名投票的方式对协会提出调整会费标准的报告进行了表决(总票数168张，其中赞成票138张，反对票17张，弃权票13张)。调整会费标准的报告获得的赞成票数超过参会人员的半数以上，符合章程中的相关规定，所以从第四届理事会起会费标准由原来的“1:8:5”调整为“5:3:8:3”，即：

（2021年12月14日第三届会员大会上以无记名投票方式通过） 

一、会费标准：

（一）洲级协会（亚洲、欧洲、非洲、北美洲、南美洲、大洋洲、南极洲）个人会员会费标准为：

主席： 10万元/6年/人；

副主席：5万元/6年/人；

（二）国家级协会个人会员会费标准为：

主席：5万元/6年/人；

副主席：3万元/6年/人；

理事：8千元/6年/人；

会员：3千元/6年/人；

（三）单位会员会费标准：

（1）理事单位会费标准为20万元/6年；

（2）会员单位会费标准为 10万元/6年。

二、 会费缴纳时间：会员应在入会时将6年度会费一次交清，（凡特殊人才须报总部或洲、囯、协会常务主席特批，准予入会）秘书处负责会费交办工作，财务负责开具会费收据。

三、会费的收缴与使用：接受会员大会的监督和审计部门的审计。每笔会费由各自分会预留40％，秘书处预留20％，总部预留40％。

主席： 2万元/6年/人；

副主席：9900元/6年/人；

常务理事：1800元/6年/人；

会员；600元/6年/人

（二）国家级协会个人会员会费标准为：

主席：2万元/6年/人；

副主席：9900元/6年/人；

理事：1800元/6年/人；

会员：600元/6年/人；

（三）单位会员会费标准：

（1）理事单位会费标准为10万元/6年；

（2）会员单位会费标准为 5万元/6年。

二、 会费缴纳时间：会员应在入会时将本年度会费一次交清，（特殊人才报总会、分会主席特批  准予入会）秘书处负责会费收缴工作，财务负责开具会费收据。

三、会费的收缴与使用：接受会员大会的监督和审计部门的审计。每笔会费由各自分会预留50％，秘书处预留20％，总部预留30％。

会费是协会维持正常运转，开展活动并为会员提供相关服务的重要经费来源之一。按时足额缴纳会费是每一个会员单位应尽的义务，协会将以优质高效的服务回报会员单位对协会的大力支持。

从2022年1月起，会费缴纳将按新的标准执行。

Notice on adjusting the standard of membership fees

Members and member units:

On December 14, 2021, the Standing Committee of the presidium of the United Nations UNB Federation of cultural industries and the World Federation of literary and art circles held the fourth Standing Committee. During the meeting, the representatives attending the meeting voted on the report on adjusting the membership fee standard proposed by the association by secret ballot (the total number of votes was 168, including 138 affirmative votes, 17 negative votes and 13 abstention votes). The report on the adjustment of the membership fee standard has obtained more than half of the votes of the participants, which is in line with the relevant provisions of the articles of association. Therefore, from the fourth council, the membership fee standard has been adjusted from the original "1:8:5" to "5:3:2:1", that is:

(adopted by secret ballot at the third general meeting on December 14, 2021)

1、 Membership fee standard:

（1） The individual membership dues of Continental Associations (Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America, Oceania and Antarctica) are as follows:

Chairman: 100000 yuan / 6 years / person;

Vice Chairman: 50000 yuan / 6 years / person;

（2） The standard of individual membership dues of national associations is:

Chairman: 50000 yuan / 6 years / person;

Vice Chairman: 30000 yuan / 6 years / person;

Director: 8000 yuan / 6 years / person;

Member: 3000 yuan / 6 years / person;

（3） Unit membership fee standard:

(1) The membership fee standard of the director unit is 200000 yuan / 6 years;

(2) The membership fee standard of member units is 100000 yuan / 6 years.

2、 Payment time of membership dues: members should pay the membership dues for the six years at one time when they join the club (all special talents must be reported to the headquarters or the executive chairman of the state, country and Association for special approval to join the club). The Secretariat is responsible for the assignment of membership dues, and the finance is responsible for issuing the receipt of membership dues.

3、 Collection and use of membership dues: subject to the supervision of the general assembly and the audit of the audit department. Each membership fee is set aside by 40% for each branch, 20% for the Secretariat and 40% for the headquarters.

World Federation of cultural and art circles (wfca) fee collection standards and management measures

1、 Membership fee standard:

（1） The individual membership dues of Continental Associations (Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America, Oceania and Antarctica) are as follows:

Executive Director: 1800 yuan / 6 years / person;

2、 Payment time of membership dues: Members shall pay the membership dues of the current year at one time when they join the club (special talents shall be reported to the president of the Federation and branch for special approval). The Secretariat is responsible for the collection of membership dues, and the finance is responsible for issuing the receipt of membership dues.

Membership dues are one of the important sources of funds for the association to maintain normal operation, carry out activities and provide relevant services to its members. It is the obligation of every member unit to pay the membership dues on time and in full. The association will repay the member units' strong support for the association with high-quality and efficient services.

From January 2022, the membership fee will be paid according to the new standard.
